A family reunion birthday party is scheduled in every community during the weeklong celebration, with Brigham Citys Girl Scouts to present a Girl Scout Olympiad on Saturday, March 19, 1 to 5 p.m. in the Box Elder Junior High gymnasium. Anyone who has ever been a Girl Scout or Girl Scout volunteer is a part of the family, It might be difficult to tell whether it is winter of spring right now, but for the following new parents it is definitely a happy season: Feb. 25, girl to Sheila Read and Leonard Miller, Clearfield. She is Mrs. Leland (Ann Rowley) Davis, a native of size, reg 49tf Orem. Ann graduated from Lincoln High school and Brigham Young university where she majored in secretarial work. Her husband is employed at Thiokol Corp. She laughed saying, I remember inviting Leland to be my date at the girls club dance when I was in the eighth grade. We dated through high school and married when we were both freshmen at BYU. Two daughters and two sons complete the Davis family unit. Debbie is a sophomore at BJfU. Gary is the senior class president at Box Elder High, Dana, 16, is a sophomore and Evan, 11, is in fifth.grade. Ann was chosen State Young Homemaker for Utah in 1974. She is an active member of the Brigham City chapter of young homemakers. She is also a member of the Ladies Community club. She is organist in the Fourteenth ward and teaches 10 and boys in Primary. (For many years she had students in for piano lessons.) In addition she teaches three sewing classes for adult education for the Box Elder School district each week. ssl 43787 227 Delightful Person Ann is really a delightful person to visit with. Her home at 528 Highland Blvd, is lovely and so Mrs. Leland Davis Ann looks forward to their cousins party. It was her turn to entertain this year. And she also looks forward to their annual Christmas party each year. The family members have multiplied and number about 160, so they rent a church and have a gala occasion with lots of good home cooking! You c&n readily spot the Davis home at holiday time.
