Bailey, who went to God on Friday. The DDD Drive is finishing up this years donations and would like all unpaid pledges to be sent in. This will also help St. Henrys as we receive a percentage of the donations. CYO will have a roller staking party this Wednesday. The movie called Hiding Place will be shown at the Capitol Theater Dec, .8 and 9 at St.. Joesph's church, 514 24th Street. This concert will feature the 70 strong Golden Spike Youth Symphony orchestra. THp concert will be in the "Ohnstmas spirit and will concude with the full orhcestra and the newly restored organ at St. Josephs leading ;the audience in a selection of favorite Christmas carols. The concert is free of charge. at Christian Reormed A1 derogate Methodist The Aldersgate congregation meets every Sunday at the historic Methodist Episcopal church, Sixth and Colorado, Corinne, at 9:15 a.m. for worship followed with a fellowship time and adult Bible study. This Sunday, Dec. 12, the Advent Service will include the Aldersgate Choir singing Lo, How a Rose and O, Come to the Manger. Baby sitting is provided. This Sunday evening, the monthly congregational meeting will be held at the Parsonage, 382 Camaren Drive, at 5 p.m. Plans including special services and events through the Christmas and New Years season will be included. Ten of those 1 1 were the direct result of actions taken by the applications Federal Government and the Government of Canada. They were increases we had no control over-t- he only alternative to paying them was to give up the supply. The effect of these increases on our average residential customer (using 1 80,000 cubic feet of gas per year) was a 52 increase in rates, about $80.00 per year. Of these increases, only 16 (about $13.00 a year) have gone to Mountain Fuel to pay for our own increased costs, for , exploration and drilling and wages and postage and the hundreds of other things that cost us more today. Even with these increases, natural gas remains your most economical and efficient source of energy. When compared to the cost of heating oil, coal, electricity or propane, natural gas is still a bargain.1 That doesnt mean you should waste it. We must all conserve all energies to insure a future supply. Our typical residential customer uses 180,000 cubic teat of gas annually, and pays $233.32 tor this service.
