Show Mrs H. C. Jenkins and small Jt kSold Carl, arrived by plane from Los Angeles last Friday Fri-day to spend a week as guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Garrity of Copperton. Lt. . H. Jenkins, M.C., was sent to Sal Lake City this week on official business, escorting a troop train to Salt Lake City. , Mr. and Mrs. Roy Kresean of Midvalo and Mr. and Mrs. Leo Brisk were guests Monday oi Mr and Mrs. Roy Willis. Mr and Mrs. Willis and daughters. Jeane and Tatsy, were business visitors visit-ors Tuesday in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Eugene Jenkins was hostess hos-tess Monday to 16 members of No. 1 Firemen's auxiliary. Prizes at cards went to Mrs. John J. Creedon, Mrs. Ray Tatton and Mrs. Boyd J. Nerdin. Mrs. Norman C. Webber and son, Dickie, of Pleasant Grove, arrived Tuesday to spend several days with Mrs. Webebr's mother, Mrs. Flossie Ramsey. Dickie had his tonsils removed Wednesday at Utah Copper hospital. Gordon Ramsey ; and Dick Jones, who play the trumpet and base fiddle in the Howard Rudy orchestra, went to Pocatello Saturday Sat-urday to play at a dance at the University of Idaho, southern branch. Miss Naon Speirs is making her home at the Miller apartments. Armistice day was "Happy Birthday" for Russell Swain, four-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Swain, and he celebrated Wednesday afternoon at a delightful de-lightful party. His guests were Lorctta and Dorothy Legg, Neil Brewer, Linda Zorn, Michael Ganz, Douglas Evans. John Gar- of Salt Lake City were hosts at a family luncheon Tuesday. Present Pres-ent were Mr. and Mrs. Thomaj Caulfield and two-months' old son, Michael O'Brien, of Granger, Grang-er, and James Hyland Caulfield. Mrs. Agnes Johnston, who recently re-cently resigned as secretary-treasurer of the Bingham LDS ward Relief society, will be honor guest at a party to be held at 7:00 o'clock Friday, tonight, at the -ward chapel. Mrs. David C. Lyon will be mistress of ceremonies ceremo-nies and Mrs. Sarah Cuthbert is in charge of refreshments. The Singing Mothers sang "The Work We're Called to Do", accompanied by Nora Austin, organist. A piano and organ duet was given by Nora Austin and Mary Lou Lyon after af-ter which First Counselor Hilda Allmark gave a preview of Educational Ed-ucational work. Second Counselor Counse-lor Effie Reed gave a preview on work and business and sewing sew-ing departments. Mrs. Alice B. Johnson, stake representative, gave a Holy land.
