She if was a former resident of Bing- 1 ham for many years and had 1 many friends here. A daughter of Obid B. and 'i Nellie Cooper Welden, she was born November 20, 1879, in Mel-rose, Mel-rose, Mass. On J.une 16, 1908 she if was married to Eugene Chandler l in Melrose.
