Show CHEEVER HURST WEDDING In a double ring ceremony solemnized sol-emnized Wednrsday, March 5, in Salt Lake LDS temple by Spencer Spen-cer Kimball. Miss Arlcne Hurst, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wil- I ford Hurst of Delco, Ida., became the bride of Jay Cheever, son of Mr and Mrs Henry A. Cheever (it Copperton. Following the rites a wedding dinner was given at the home of Mrs. William Sut- cliffe of Salt Lake City. A wedding reception was given Friday evening in Delco by Mr. i and Mrs. Hurst for the young ! couple. The bride chose a floor- J ; length gown of satin trimmed with white lace and white se-quint. se-quint. Her finger-tip veil of lace was caught 'in place by a cluster! of orange blossoms, and she car-1 ried a bouquet of gardenias and roses. Bridesmaids were Leona Anderson An-derson and Donna Norton, who were frocked in pastel formals complimented by gardenia corsages. cor-sages. Harold Hurst, brother of the bride, acted as best man-Mrs. man-Mrs. Hurst and Mrs. Cheever, mothers of the bride and groom respectively, each were attired in black formals accented by gardenia gar-denia corsages. Shirley Cheever, Venetta Norton, Norman and Archie Hurst were in charge of the gifts. |
