Show Marriage Monday Ezequiel Leyba has announced announc-ed the marriage of his daughter, Miss Eliria Oralia Leyba (Lela) to Epimenio Trujillo, son of Mrs. Simonita II. Trujillo of La Madera, Ma-dera, N.M. at the Holy Rosary Catholic church' at noon Monday, October 18. The Rev. Ramon Guerras officiated. Miss Leyba wore a blue suit with matching hat and a corsage of white roses. Mrs. Paz Galle-gos, Galle-gos, who wore a tailored yellow suit, was attending matron. Mr. Gallegos was best man. A reception was held at Miner's Min-er's Merc. hall. The wedding supper .was served at the home of the bride's father. Mr. Trujillo Tru-jillo is employed by Utah Copper Cop-per company. The couple will make their home in Bingham. Mr. and Mrs. Albino Lopez are now living in the apartment formerly occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Pio Ben. Mrs. John Anderson and Mrs. Malcolm Robertson were Salt Lake visitors Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Halver-son Halver-son and family hunted deer over the week-end. They visited in Eureka and Mr. Halverson was successful in getting his deer. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Thomas enjoyed en-joyed a show in Salt Lake City Sunday evening. Mrs.. William Burke was a Salt Lake visitor Wednesday. Mrs. Pete Sarris returned to her father's home last week. She had been with her husband, who was first located in Fort Pjerce, Fla., then later in Blackstone, Va. Pfc Sarris is now in a port of embarkation. Mrs. Sarris visited her husband's relatives in Lay-ton Lay-ton last week. Forrest Callas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Callas, had his tonsils removed Wednesday. The Copperfield Sodality is having a Halloween party Saturday Satur-day evening, October 23. The Highland Boy and Bingham girls of the Sodalities are invited. Mr, and Mrs. Joe McDonald enjoyed dinner and a show in Salt Lake City Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Zorn had as week-end guests Mr. and Mrs. Bud Graham of Salt Lake City. Lieutenant Kim Kimmerle of Salt Lake City air base and Miss Jean Fisher of Salt Lake City. The Copperfield Firemen held a special meeting Tuesday evening even-ing to perfect their plans for a Halloween party. Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Mclvor and son spent the week-end visiting relatives in Smithfield. |
