The Church's one foundation Is Jesus Christ our Lord Emblem in every nation Of peace spoken in his word. For taught within its portals Is hope and peace on earth A nobler life for mortals Christ gave us at His birth. And when the choir rises to sing Their songs of praise, with sweet-est melody Into our hearts a peace does steal As we join with them, in har-- 1 mony. They sing the songs of Zion Songs ever new through the years They are our staff and comfort And calms life's many fears. When the organ peals an air They all with one accord Raise their voices sweet and ' clear Sing Hosanna to the Lord. Mankind from many nations Come to worship and to pray To the Creator of Creation For help and guidance day by day.
