Show Funeral Rites Held For Edmond Edwards Funeral services for Edmond Everett Ev-erett Edwards were held Wednesday Wednes-day at the Bingham mortuary chapel. Vocal solos were sung by Hal Reherd, accompanied by Mrs. I Talmadge Chllson. "Beautiful Isle", '"Sometime We'll Understand" and "The Old Rugged Cross" were the numbers. Reverend T. H. Chilson spoke a comforting sermon. Mr. Edwards was a resident of Copperton, had been an employe of the "Utah Copper ' company at Bingham Bing-ham for the past 25 years and was well known here. He died Saturday in a local hospital of pneumonia, and was 66 years old. He was a member of the Methodist church. He was born in Illinois, March 9, 1870, a son of Lemuel and Mary Parker Edwards. He is survived by his widow Jessie Miller Edwards, a daughter, Mrs. Jean B. Hoopes, Salt Lake City. Another daughter, Marion Lendra Edwards, died one month ago. He is also survived by three grandchildren. Interment was in Mt. Olivet cemetery. |
