Show May 14, 1980 Ben Lomond Beacon Page 9 Plain City Dairy Days winners honored This years Plain City Dairy Days was a success in spite of some spring rain, with exhibitors from Weber, Davis, and Morgan counties entering cattle in the two-da- y competition. The junior show was held Thursday, a day set aside to recognize the late Fay W. Boyer for his 25 years of work with the show. Senior day on Friday was dedicated to Ralph Robson of Plain City, a man who has contributed much to the dairy show since its founding in the early 1920s. The Robson Family Partnership presented the show 'with a check for $250 in honor of Mr. Robson. Dairy Day Manager Orlo Maw presented the Plain City Council with a plaque in memory of Clair Folkman for 25 years of service to the dairy exhibition. The plaque was donated by the Utah Associa- n Holstein-Fresia- tion.
