Show WATER MEETIXG POORLY ATTENDED The property owners interested in the court decree which set aside certain cer-tain waters of the Beaver river in the case of the Minersville Reservoir & Irrigation Co., vs. Beaver City, met in the court room of the county court house at Beaver last Tuesday for their annual election. There are about thirty-five such property owners and there are several corporations cor-porations interested. At the meeting meet-ing there were only six people present. pres-ent. T. L. Griffith presided and the outgoing board was unanimously re-elected. The members are T. L. Griffith, S. R. Barton and Karl Levi. The job of water master which pays a salary of $100 per month came near going begging. Dan K. Barton, the outgoing master at first declined the job but later was prevailed upon and accepted the task. The members" mem-bers" of the board receive $5.00 for each meeting attended. |
