Show MAKE MUSICAL MELODY FLOW Quartette of Colored Singers Will Sing Southern Songs High School The Stewart's Carolina Singers which are to give a concert in the high school auditorium Monday afternoon af-ternoon and evening comes very well recommended. The manager gives the following guarantee: Mr. Paul Miner": Milford, Utah. Dear Sir: I was in Milford last night while No. 2 stopped there and did not notice no-tice much advertising out on the "Carolina Singers." I wish to give you my personal assurance that this is a strictly high class company, one that will give satisfaction to ninety per cent of the audience. When cities like Los Angeles, Pasadena, Riverside, Sacramento, Portland and Seattle request "return dates" I feel that the company is assuredly making good. I personally guarantee guaran-tee that you are justified in boosting to the limit and if, after the afternoon after-noon concert, you feel I have exaggerated exag-gerated you can use this letter as your authority to cancel your evening even-ing concert. I suggest that you canvas the town thoroughly with the sale of tickets get out all the advertising in store windows where it will do you the most good. If the company com-pany does not get $75 for their part they will go in the hole, and success this time will bring other good things to your town. We are playing the small towns as an experiment in breaking our jump from Los Angeles to Salt Lake, and it is my hope that Milford will treat us as well as other towns. |
