Show school BY DAVID KILLAM Wayne' Hardy Preferred The entire student body cast their votes Thursday morning. Jan. 15, 1959, in the annual election elec-tion of the Milford High Preferred Tiger. Wayne Hardy, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Hardy, Milford, was elevated as the chosen cat of the school. Runner-ups to the Preferred title were Denny BeliiS-ton, BeliiS-ton, Paul Wyatt, Larry Lofthouse and David Bown. The annual election was spon- (3LA Wayne Hardy sored by the Tigerettes of Milford High, a successful all-girl service unit at the hilltop school. The climax of the selection of the Preferred Tiger came at the Preferred Tiger's Ball held. in the gym of M. H. S. where Wayne Hardy was crowned as the most desirable. Mrs. Gordon T. Brad-shaw Brad-shaw was honored during the evening eve-ning for her outstanding work with the Tigerettes and Coach Lee R. Pettey did the honors in elaborately elabor-ately cutting the Tigerette cake. |
