Williams Jr., native na-tive of Minersville who had been residing in Las Vegas, died suddenly of a coronary on Tuesday, Dec. 27, in Duchesne County, i He and his wife were in Roosevtlt visiting his wife's nlatives when Mr. Williams became ill .Mrs. Williams was lushing him to a 'Salt Lake doctor, and he died in the car. Funeral services will be held Thursday in Duchesne and at 2 p. m. Friday in Minersville. Burial will be in the Minersville Miners-ville Cemetery. Franklin D. Williams Jr. was born in Minersville, May 2, 1928, to Franklin D. and Lucy Pocock Williams. He married Ida Andrews June 7, 1963, in Roosevelt. He had filled an LDS mission mis-sion to England, and was an -Eider in the Church. He attended the Minersville Elementary school and graduated gradu-ated from Milford High School. He attended the CSU in Cedar City, Utah State University at Logan, and was employed as a school teacher in Las Vegas and was working toward his master's mas-ter's degree in Flagstaff, Ariz. He is survived by his widow; a daughter by a former marriage, mar-riage, Lise Michelle Williams; his mother, and the following brothers and sisters: John W., Mrs. Margaret W. Dalton, Mrs. Renee W. Eyre and Mrs. Anna Rae Carter, all of Minersville; David C, Logan; Mrs. Charlene W. Heslington, Beaver, and Mrs. Viola W. Nawers, Las Vegas. - - - - Franklin D. Williams Jr, |
