Visiting at the home of Hal and MOTION am; 387-288- 1 Guests at the home of Norman and Madeline Davis over the Easter weekend were Madelines parents from Ely. On Easter Sunday, the Norm Davis, the Ted Seifers, the Nolan Davis, Pat Davis and Mabel Turner spent a lovely day in St. George. First they all had a picnic at the park in St. George. Then they went on down to Vaughn and Betty McDonalds where the kids and adults alike all enjoyed their hot tub. Weekend guests at the home of Dee Ferguson were her son Gary and Corrine from Reno, Nevada. All the family enjoyed Easter dinner at Dees home. John and Vicki Carter and family s. spent the Easter Holiday at The kids all had a great time hiking, riding motorcycles and playing in the creek. Visitors at the John and Nadine Jones residence for the Easter weekend were: Kyle and Janice Jones Red-cliff- and girls, Andrea, Melissa, Elizabeth, Nanette and Stefanie Ieishm an; Mathew Clawson; Coy and Linda Jones and boys John and Shirrl; Donna Roberts; Nancy Pollard and children Rochelle, Jason and Mathew. The family was joined Saturday for dinner at John Jones by Karl and Cindy Pierce, and Leo and Reva Nelson. Clair Gale of Beaver and Mr. and Mrs. Dan Gale and family of Orem visited at the home of Clairs mother Altheda Gale on Friday. On Easter Sunday, Altheda served dinner to Della Allinson and Beth Puffer of Beaver and Virginia Gil-liand Euzelle Thomas ofMilford. Fred and Ginger OLeary and daughter Linda of Ruth, Nevada came Saturday to spend Easter with his parents Fred and Hilda OLeary. Visiting at the home of Kent and Randee Mellor this past weekend were Bill and Vemiece Warren of West Point. Visiting at the home of Zola Baudino in Tooele, Utah on March 25th was Mr. and Mrs. James Marion and Kay Banks, Stanley Hollingshead and family of Grants ville, Lorna Whitehouse and family of Tooele, Mike and Margaret Shaffer and baby Ashley of Salt Lake City. Baby Colby White -house was blessed. Lots of pictures were taken and visiting was enjoyed by all. Recent visitors at the home of the James Hollinghead were Zola Baudino and family - James, Stacy Michelle and Amber of Tooele. Also visiting at the Dan Baudino home were the Baudino children with their father Raddon and a friend, enjoyed golfing, but not the cold weather. Mr. Traveling to St. George to enjoy XV r. Saturday night they drove to Mesquite Nevada for a few hours fun before returning to St. George to spend the night. On Sunday they visited the home of Jacob Hamblin where the kids enjoyed pony rides and before returning to Milford later Sunday. Gail reports seeing a number of Milford residents both in St. George and Mesqm'e. Recent visitors to Milford were Bert and Marilyn Jacobsen, former Milford residents, now living in Las Vegas. Mrs. and James Tom and son Tommy spent the weekend in Salt Lake where they attended the funeral of a nephew. The family of Ken Munk, Donald Munk, and John Easton and guest Darrell Atkin gathered at Grandma Munks Saturday to celebrate Easter and three birthdays. They played games, ate delicious food and enjoyed visiting with each other. Everyone had a really good time. While here they enjoyed some skiing and visiting friends be -fare returning home. David and Whitney Barnes and son Dayne of Caliente, Nevada spent Easter weekend in Milford visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs.LuDean Barnes and Mr. and Mrs. Ed Patterson and other relatives and friends. On Saturday they enjoyed a family get together at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Puffer. David lJXJ and brothers: Una Risner from Ivins; John and Juna Nay and Duvard and Lois Nay of West Valley City; and Troy and Darlene Miller of Brigham City. They were here to help Gladys present an assembly at the High School and aprogram to the Senior citizens later that afternoon. They also went fishing but had no luck reports Gladys. Denise and Darryle Moody were down recently to visit Denises parents, Ken and Sonia Munk. Saturday April 14 Mr. and Mrs. Jack Fotheringham from Springdale visited at the home of Vvs Baxter to help her celebrate her birthday. They also enjoyed a lovely dinner later that evening. Then on Monday Vvs brothers, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Fotheringham of Cedar City and Mr. and Mrs. Dixon Fotheringham of St. George brought dinner and a birthday cake to help Vvs celebrate. On Tuesday friends of Vvs also visited and enjoyed birthday cake. Happy Birthday to a very nice lady. Enjoying Easter with Ron and Sheila Brinkman were Debbie Layman and son Blake of Ogden; Bernadette and Don Wice and family of Hunter; Scott Brinkman, Vera Cooper, and Fuss andMarie Brinkman. Tom and Julie Thompson, Tyson, Trent and Tara also joined them before heading for the east Mountains for a picnic with the Mack Thompson family. DANIEL BRIGGS LINDSAY Daniel Briggs Lindsay, age C2, died April 20, 1984 at his resiBorn dence of a heart ailment. October 18, 1921 in Beaver to Charles and Cora Briggs Lindsay. Married Itha Joseph, February 14, 1939 in Beaver. He was a member of the LDS Church and a World War II veteran. Survived by his wife of Beaver; son and daughter: Danny, Beaver; Mrs. Scott (Lois) Bulloch, Cedar City; eight grandchildren and four brothers and and Mrs. Roy (Mildred) Yardley, both of Beaver; Jim and Mickey, both of Oregon; Mrs. Marlon Robinson, Irvine, Califorsisters: Pat nia. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Beaver Fifth Ward LDS Chapel. Funeral services directed by the Roger D. Olpin Southern Utah Mortuary.
