Don, Bob and Dale all from California, Bill and Lavon Edwards. Kenneth Gres sm an and Kathleen Gressman from Salt Lake City were there. Neal and Jane from Miners -ville were also there. Her birthday was April 25th, but they celebrated early. Rulon and Rachel Eyre, Truman and Merle Bradfield took a little trip over the weekend and traveled in Southern Utah, around Moab. and Phylis Truman. Ben and Dalton Fails left on the 2nd of April for a trip to Mississippi to Daltons old home town, Olo, Mississippi. They took three days to go and three days to come back, and went through Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. They stayed with Daltons brother Jim and had a Fails Reunion while there. They went and saw the old home town of Olo and other places and relatives. They came home Missouri, KanTennessee, through sas and Colorado. It was a lovely trip and lots of beautiful country. Then they all went to Ogden to visit Joan and Tom Makin and family. There were seventeen all together. Mick and Louise Pryor have been on a trip to Arizona, California and Old Mexico. Penny Ward and two children are with her visiting in California brother. Betty and Dick have the other three children. Larry and Marybeth and Mindy are going to Salt Lake to the Car Auction. They will come back on Tuesday. Michael and Vickie Carter and family from Provo were here over the weekend with their new baby girl. They will name her Elizabeth Carter. Allen and Tammy Wood, Kristen and Arlan Mayer, Florence, Vern Wood and Bryan and Michelle Falls all enjoyed the weekend at Lake Mead fishing. and scheduling Dr. Dale and Louise Thompson Murdock visited their mother Verna Thompson. The Cattlemen Banquet was held at the McMullin Cafe with 64 people in attendance. Door prizes were given away anj they had speakers from Delta and Cedar City. Then Saturday Howard and Gertrude, and Brenda and Jay and family drove to St. George in their motor home and stayed the night. Carolyn and Larry Maycock and family drove to Rock Springs, Wyoming to visit Larrys brother for the Easter vacation. Lisa and her husband from Provo picked up JoAnn and Jerry Eyre and Cola and Robbie Eyre and they went to St. George for Easter. A lovely Easter dinner was served to them and Jill Hollingshead and boys. Dennis and Doris Carrolls and boys from Marshing, Idaho spent Easter with Duke and Jill Hollingshead. They are friends of Jill and Duke. Mr. and Mrs. Ricks visited their daughter Susan Craw and family. Mr. and Mrs. David Gillins from Ricks College spent the night with Pauline and Sherwin Wood, while enroute to Hurricane to visit his grandmother, Daisy Ruesh. Tex and Vie Marshall had all their family home for the Easter vacation. Vie and Milt Jolley from Salt Lake, Neal and Marshall from Cedar , and Tim and Margie Marshall all enjoyed Easter dinner around the Kitchen table. livestock Show scheduled May The Annual Beaver County Livestock Show will be held on Saturday, May 12th at the Beaver County Fair Grounds, according to Grant Esplin, Beaver County Agent.
