Show RANDALL L. LEWIS Randall L. Lewis, age 28, died July 1, 1981 in a Salt Lake Hospital. He was born March 24, 1953 in Cedar City, Utah to Max J. and Ida Lee Limb Lewis. Married Mar-ried Jackie Chapman in Sept. 1979, in Elko. Was currently involved in the contracting business in Magna area. He was a graduate gradu-ate of Beaver High and attended at-tended SUSC. Survivors include: Wife, Jackie, Magna; a son, Michael Mich-ael Randall Lewis, New Mexico. His Father Max, of Salt Lake; his Mother, Ida Lee, of Kaysville; 2 brothers broth-ers and 2 sisters; Richard Max, Kaysville; Rodney Lynn of Magna; Mrs. Richard 'Suzanne' 'Su-zanne' Miller, Bountiful; and one daughter, Karen Diane Lowe, Belleview, Washington; Washing-ton; Keith, Montesano,Wash-ington; Montesano,Wash-ington; Garth, Moab; Jody K, Seattle; eight grandchildren; grandchil-dren; parents, Minersville; five brothers, one sister, Dean, Roger, Allen, all of Minersville; Clark, Reed, Mrs. Gordon (Janice) Roberts, Rob-erts, all Beaver. Funeral services were held in the Minersville Ward Chapel. Burial in the Minersville Miner-sville Cemetery, under the direction of Metcalf -Campbell Moetuary. GUARDELL BANKS Guardell Banks, age 79, died at his residence July 6, 1981. He was born January Janu-ary 12, 1902 in Minersville MELVTN KAREN CARTER Melvin Karen "Casey" Carter, 51, died July 3, 1981 in a Milford hospital. Born September 8, 1930 In Milford, to Sheral Hay-ward Hay-ward and Lelia Marshall Carter. Married Barbara Jean Keith April 7, 1948, later divorced. Member IDS Church. Involved in the dairy business in Utah until 1960. Then in the dairy business in Satsop, Washington Washing-ton from 1960-70. Currently Current-ly working with his brothers in the Minersville area. Survivors: Three sons, Leann Lewis, Kaysville. Also grandmothers Maude Lewis, Orem; Leola Limb, Beaver. Funeral services were held July 6, 1981 in the Magna Central Stake Center in Magna. Interment in the Mt. View Cemetery under the direction of the Metcalf Campbell Mortuary. Elizabeth W. Cahoon Elizabeth Wunderlich Cahoon, Ca-hoon, age 78, died June 29, 1981 in the Milford Hospital. She was born August 13, 1902 in Salt Lake City to Henry E. and Clara Hunt Wunderlich. Married Kenneth Ken-neth V. Wunderlich, November Nov-ember 26, 1927 in Salt Lake. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Mr.. Cahoon died November 13, 1959. Survivors include 2 brothers broth-ers and 4 sisters: W.J., of Milford; Clarence, Riverside; River-side; Tom "Ella" Samuel-son, Samuel-son, Petaluma, CA; Erma Hatch, Sun City, CA; Clara Nelson, San Francisco, CA; Edith Seibold, Sacramento, CA. Funeral services were held Thursday July 2, 1981 in Bountiful, Utah. Interment was in the Bountiful Memorial Cemetery under the dirction of the Metcalf Campbell Mortuary. to James Eyre and Anne Reese Banks. Married La- rue Beaumont May 14, 1934 ' in Beaver, Utah. Their marriage mar-riage was solemnized in the St. Georgey IDS Temple May 5, 1956. Mr. Banks was a lifetime resident of Beaver County. He worked for the U.P. Railroad Rail-road for over 30 years. He retired in March of 1967. Survivors include :Wife, of Minersville; 2 sons . and 3 daughters: JamesDeMar and his wife Jayne of Cedar City, Urah; Russell, Minersville; Alma Jean and Mary Ann both of Payson, Utah Mrs. Earl "Martha Ellen" Orm, Apple Valley, California. 4 grandchildren, 2 greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. 2 brothers, C lifford, West Jordan, Utah; James Alma, Salt LakeCity, Utah. ;j He was preceeded in death by a daughter, Charlotte. Funeral service will be held today, Thursday, July 9, 1981 at 1:00 p.m." in the Minersville IDS Ward Chapel. Cha-pel. Friends may call at the chapel from 10:30 to 12:30. Interment will be in the Mt. View Cemetery in Beaver under the direction of the Metcalf Campbell Mortuary. CURTIS V. SMITH Curtis V. Smith, 24, died July 2, 1981 in St. George. Born December 4, 1956 in Cedar City to C. Victor and Gladys Griffiths Smith. Worked two years for Du-ane's Du-ane's Foodtown in Fillmore. Fill-more. Also worked for the Forest Service and the Beaver Beav-er Fish Hatchery. Survivors: Parents, of Beaver; brothers, Richard X., Las Vegas; Robert L. of St. George. Funerql services will be Funeal Services were held in the Beaver Third Fourth Ward Chapel.
