Show Services Held For Jack Morrison Funeral services were held at 2 p. m. Wednesday for John W. Morrison, 73, in the Milford Community Com-munity Methodist Church. Mr. Morrison died Saturday of a heart ailment. The services, under direction of Rev. Mrs. Myrtle White, were as follows: Prelude and postlude, Mrs. Fonda Fon-da Magill. Two -vocal duets, by Mrs. Lula Clay and Mrs. Vivian Rolilns. Obituray, and reading from the Twenty-third Psalm, Rev. White. After an appropriately consoling message, Rev. White pronounced the benediction. Burial in the Milford City Cemetery Cem-etery was under direction of the Milford I O O F Lodge. Pallbearers Pallbear-ers were members of Albert Pike Masonic Lodge, Milford. Mr. Morrison was born Dec. 2, 1885, in Beaver City, Nebr., to Arthur H. and Felicia Knight Morrison. Mor-rison. He married Myrtle E. Jensen Jen-sen in Yuma, Ariz., Oct. 24, 1936. He was a member of the Independent Inde-pendent Order of Odd Fellows, and the Masonic Lodge. He was an aticve member of the Community Methodist Church, Milford. He was a miner by trade, and in recent years had been active in several local mining companies. He is survived by his widow. |
