Show Lynn Shingleton Funeral services will be con ducted at 2 p, m. Satuday at 260 East South Temple, Salt Lake, for Lyndon A. Shingleon, 59, who died at 3:30 p. m. Wednesday Wednes-day en route to a Salt Lake hospital, hos-pital, of a heart ailment. Mr. Shingleton was born May 19, 1898, in Salt Lake City, to Richard and Tracie Bosch Shin-leton. Shin-leton. He married Marie Miller Mil-ler on Jan. 7, 1922. They were later divorced. He married Gladys Coleman on Oct. 10, 1942, in Reno. - Mr. Shingleton was a railroad engineer until his retirement a few years ago. He was a Milford Mil-ford resident for 20 years. He was a member of Lodge No. 681, Brotherhood of Locomotive Loco-motive Engineers; the U P Old Timers Club, the Honor Club, and the L D S Church. Surviving, besides his widow, are his mother; two daughters, Louise Shingleton and Mrs. Phillip (Joan) Peterson, both of Salt Lake; two grandchildren; and a brother, Vern Shingleton of Milford. Friends may call at 260 South Temple, Salt Lake, between 6 and 8 p. m. Friday, and Saturday Satur-day prior to services. |
