What would you do?You would do what nearly half a billion people In the world do. You'd go hungry. The subject of food and world hunger is something to think about on Friday, October Oct-ober 16th. That day marks the first annual World Food Day. The occasion was established es-tablished by a resolution approved ap-proved by the 147 member nations - Including the United States-of the Food andAgri-culture andAgri-culture Organizations (FAO) of the United Nations. Despite the efforts of the United States and other developed de-veloped countries, Secretary Block notes, hunger persists In the world.
