This Saturday, all the men and boys of Beaver ward have been asked to come out and finish the work around the church. If everyone will respond, it is thought a great deal can be accomplished, and as one inducement, the Beaver Relief Society is going to furnish a lovely dinner and this group of women are noted for beinr extra good cooks, so if anyone stays away, great will be his loss. Virgil Francom of Collinston is saddened by the death of his father of St. George. All the children had been to visit him, as he had been ill, and Virgil and wife returned home, but not im- v mediately upon their arrival here, word came that his father had passed away. We all offer our sympathy to Virgil and his wife at this time. !
