David, Nola Beecroft 50th Anniversary Mr. and Mrs. David M Beecroft of Lehi will celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary December 12, 2008. David Beecroft and Nola Wilkins were married in a private ceremony at the home of her uncle, Ralph Murray, in Murray, Utah in 1958. Their marriage was later solemnized in the South Jordan Jor-dan LDS Temple. They are blessed with four children; chil-dren; Doug (Gaye) of Lehi, Todd (LeAnne) of St. George, John (In-grid) (In-grid) of Lehi and Kimberly (Brett) Street of American Fork. At prior fetology ft": ,aS Donald, Phyllis Christen 65th Wedding AnnivefSary Don and Phyllis Christen celebrated cel-ebrated their 65th wedding anniversary anni-versary on Saturday, Nov. 29 at a special dinner with their family. Don was born on April 30th 1922 in Carbon County, the sixth of twelve children born to Ernest Er-nest and Clara Christen. Phyllis was born on Nov. 15th 1926 in American Fork, the third of six children born to Alfred and Alice Chadwick. Don and Phyllis met each other when Don was 17 and Phyllis was 13 in American Fork. They were married later at the A.F. Legion Hall on November 29th 1943 and have been each others constant companion ever since. Together they raised their six children in American Fork: Sherman, Sher-man, Joan, Theresa, Lynn, Gavin and Brian. The family enjoyed a yearly vacation together at Yellowstone Yel-lowstone National Park, never missing a trip from 1948 through 1975. Their children blessed Don and Phyllis with 30 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren and three great-great -grandchildren who together to-gether have given Don and Phyllis Phyl-lis tremendous joy and fantastic memories. They love and cherish every one of them. Don and Phyllis have enjoyed traveling together. United they had the opportunity to travel throughout Europe while two of their sons were serving with the U.S. Air Force, stationed in Germany. They also have toured Mexico, Canada and much of the United States, including Alaska. Since retiring from the State of Utah, Don and Phyllis have spent the winter months together in Yuma, Arizona, enjoying the warm weather. Much of their summers have been spent in the company of family at their cabin near Francis, Utah. Together they host a yearly family reunion at the cabin to help the extended family Don and Phyllis created keep in touch with each other. Congratulations Grandpa and Grandma!! Tefteller ' Tom and Mary Baxter are pleased to announce the marriage mar-riage of their daughter, AUyson Anne Baxter to Matthew Joseph Tefteller, son of Karen Tefteller and Glenn and Shirline Tefteller on Friday, the twelfth day of December, De-cember, two thousand eight in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. A reception recep-tion will be held in their honor on Thursday, the eleventh day of December. The receiving line will be from 6:30 - 8 p.m. with dancing from 8 to 9 p.m. at the Alpine Art Center, Alpine, Utah. Allyson has earned a degree in Social Work from the University of Utah and is currently the director direc-tor of a program for at-risk youth in Salt Lake City. Matthew served a mission in the Argentina Buenos Aires West Mission, earned a degree in Spanish from Utah Valley Val-ley University, and is currently in the process of applying to dental school. Matthew and Allyson will make their first home in Murray, Utah.
