A detective was in the parking lot of the business and observed the men acting suspiciously around some vehicles. The 21-year-old man was found to be in possession of heroine and drug paraphernalia. Officers discovered discov-ered that the three were picking up receipts in the parking lot. Their intention was to steal items on the receipts from inside the store and then return them with the receipt for cash. All three were arrested arrest-ed for conspiracy to commit theft and attempted theft. The 21-year-old gave a false name to officers, because he had a warrant for his arrest. Assault - A 37-year-old man was arrested for assault at a local restaurant. The man assaulted two juveniles who had been eating in the restaurant. The man was angered by the group of juveniles because they were being too loud. There were no injuries reported. Domestic violence assaultintoxication - A 46-year-old man was arrested for intoxication intox-ication and domestic violence assault. The man tried to leave a residence in a vehicle while he was intoxicated. The man's wife tried to stop him and he assaulted her. The woman was checked out by ambulance personnel per-sonnel and released. Retail theft - A 54-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft at a local business. busi-ness.
