'A 1905, Relative to Clt.r Ccmtlcrj nud Sexton Fees., v DB IT ORDAINED by the City Council Coun-cil of Pleasant Grovo City, Utah. Section 1. That Sections C5 nud f.G of tho Revised Ordinance of Pleasant Grovo City, passed on tho 2nd dny of September, 1905, relating to cemetery lota nnd aexton'B fees, bo nnd tho same Is horeby amended to rend as follows: Section GG. Price of lots: All taxpayers tax-payers and residents of Pleasant Grovo City, Utah county, Utah, Bhall have tho right to purchase ccractory lots for tljo sum of Five Dollars per lot, plus Ono Dollnr additional for the deed, and nil non-taxpayers and nonresidents non-residents shall bo chnrgod tho Bum of Ten Dollars per lot, plus Ono Dollar additional for tho deed. In tho event n non-taxpayer and non-rosldcnt of Pleasant Grovo City should deslro to purchaso a city cemetery lot. Section GC. Fees of sexton: Tho sexton shall bo entitled to the following follow-ing fees, payable In advance, and collectable col-lectable from tho parties requiring tho services: For furnishing a plain stained coffin, cof-fin, per llnonl foot, $1; for digging grave, U. for four feet or ovor, nnd J3 for less than four feet; for convoying tho dead from any part of the city when, called upon, $1.50; for making registry, 25 conts; for furnishing head and foot boards, $1.60.
