Zeig-leFirst District Juvenile Court judge, speak on the Utah juvenile court system at their regular meeting on Thursday, Nov. 30, at 4 p. m. at the War Memorial Home. Social time will begin with refreshments at 3:30 p. m. under the r. chairmanship of Mrs. Oscar for the meeting are Mrs. John Higginson and Mrs. Douglas Fife. A feature of the afternoon will be a demonstration on safety belt promotion by Sgt. William Sackett of the Utah Highway Patrol. r.
