Show rtnuc HEALTH Nl'RSK REPORT L ' To the Public: I hereby submit the following report re-port of work done by me as school nurse for North Sanpete School District, for November, 1920: During the month I have visited schools and examined students at Fairview, Fountain Green, nd Spring City. Have continued classes at Mount Pleasant, every Friday evening, in j Elementary Hygiene and Home Care of the sick. Classes not very well attended. Have attended and given talk on Health of the school child at Parent-Teachers' Parent-Teachers' meetings at Fairview, Fountain Green, and Spring City. These meetings were well attended. Following Is a detailed report of the month's work: I Schools visited 6 Rooms visited 23 Visits to home of school children.... 9 .Interview with parents at school.. 12 Talks to Classes I3 Miscellaneous visits 0 Cases of contagion found - Children excluded 6 j Children examined "S2 1 Enlarged and dinensd tonsils... 27" Nasal Obstruction 63 !l)efectlve vision, diseased eyes.. 124 'Defective hearing 4 Defect ive 'teeth 252 Underweight, those examined.... 2 2S '; Seven hundred fifty-eight students have been weighed and measured during the month, by teachers, and three hundred seven were found to 'be underweight.
