Leo was born March 5, 1914, rn Lehi, the first child of Edwin "Ted Thrasher and Adelaide Roberts Thrasher. He was raised and educated in Lehi and loved to work on cars. As a teenager he determined deter-mined that he wanted to be an auto mechanic, a career he pursued his entire working work-ing career.'. He was employed by ' Harper's garage in Los Angeles, California Cali-fornia for 17 years before returning to Lehi where he opened his own business, Main Service. He was known for his expertise and workmanship as an auto mechanic especially on automatic transmissions. Also for his reasonable rates. Because of this", he would get out of town on the weekends so customers couldn't find him or he wouldn't get any rest. He later closed down his business busi-ness and its headaches and took a position with the Road Runner Trailer Mfg. in Ephraim, Utah, where he maintained their truck fleet. Ife finally mdved fri Hurricane, Utah, where he lived until November of 2001, when he once again moved back to Lehi to be closer to his family. fam-ily. He moved to Gr een wood Manor where he found much joy and happiness among his Manor family. Leo is survived' by his three brothers, Edwin dee Thrasher,' St." George; Blaine R. .Thrasher, Lehi; Kent Thrasher, American Fork; one sister, Madge Shepherd, Provo. He was preceded in death by his parents and two gisters, Marie Willes and Beth Kelly. Funeral services were held at Wing Mortuary oh January 4, 2003, with interment inter-ment at the Lehi City Cemetery Ceme-tery following the service.
