According to the report, which was submitted to Mayor Dana Williams and the Park City Council for an Aug. 25 meeting, 46 percent of City Halls full-time employees live within the boundaries of the Park City School District. The School Districts boundaries encompass all of western Summit County. The report, authored by Phyllis Robinson, who handles affordablehousing issues for the city, also notes some of the housing assistance that City Hall workers receive from the local uovernment. According to the report, nine city employees own homes in Silver Meadows, which is an affordablehousing development. Meanwhile, the report states that 25 workers have used the city's second mortgage program. Of those. 15 are repaid, six are active and four are in a five-year deferral period, the report said. Also in Silver Meadows, the report states. City Hall owns and rents four town homes to city employees. Another worker rents in a city-owned properly at 1465 Park Ave. City Hall holds a first right of refusal on units on the market at Silver Meadows and the Park Avenue development, according to the report.
