Canadian Juniors ski jumping coach, Jindro "'Henry'" Mayer (1964-2004) passed away December 30 near his home in Calgary. Canada. Mayer was traveling on a highway near his home with his children when their vehicle was hit in a head-on collision. Mayer and his daughter. Annabell, were both killed in the accident. Both the Canadian and American ski jumping community is mourning the loss of a friend, father, coach and mentor. The funeral for both will be Monday. Jan. 10 in the Calgary area.
