Show Carol jean Harvey Carol Jean Van Wey Harvey, 53, of 164 S. 400 E., Clearfield, died Monday, Jan. 18, 1988 at the Humana Hospital Davis North in Layton of heart failure. She was bom Oct. 23, 1934 in Marietta, Ohio, a daughter of Clyde Hildreth and Hattie Adaline Michaelis Van Wey. She married Roy B. Harvy March 8, 1955 in Reno, Nev. She had lived in Clearfield for the past 32 years. She had been employed at Sprouse Reitz variety store in Clearfield for the past seven years. Surviving are her husband of Clearfield, three sons and one daughter, Randy Harvey, Rosamond, Rosa-mond, Calif.; Robert Harvey and Kelly Harvey, both of Layton; Ronette Griggs, Hinkley, Calif; and three grandchildren. Also surviving are her mother of Marietta, Ohio; three brothers and four sisters, E. W. Van Wey, Washington, D.C.; C. W. Van Wey, Seattle, Wash.; Paul L. Van Wey, St. Petersburg, Fla.; Jeral-dine Jeral-dine "Jerry" Oliver, Layton; Pauline Vinsant, Roanoke, Va.; Ellen Metzler and Bonita Offen-berger, Offen-berger, both of Marietta, Ohio. Funeral directors, Lindquist's Clearfield Mortuary. Bishop David Monson officiated at funeral services Jan. 23.
