J, Thayne, drew up the schedule for the county series of the farm bureau baseball to be played throughout Utah county during the ensuing year for both A and B leagues. The two series, comprised of 13 teams from the various communities of the county, assures the county farm bureau that considerable rivalry and interest will be shown in Farm Bureau Baseball, and that the final game to be played on County Farm Bureau Day, August 14, will add great interest and attendance to the County Farm Bureau Day. S. J. Boyer, chairman of the farm bureau recreational program, has endorsed the schedule of games and the formation of a county series, and is working out details regarding Farm Bureau Day in cooperation with the officers of the Baseball association.
