Morin, 2653 Fillmore, president of St. Ann's School Mothers' Club, make plans for the annual bazaar to be held next week. St. Ann's School Slates Benefit Bazaar The color of an old-fashioned carnival with modern innovations will be included in the annual St. Ann's School Benefit Bazaar. This was the announcement today to-day by Rev. Thomas F. Butler, pastor of St. Ann's Parish. The school bazaar is scheduled for Saturday, Sat-urday, Nov. 17, in the school basement, base-ment, 4th East and 21st South. Games, booths and merchandise stands will be open from 2 to 11 p.m. A special feature of the bazaar will be a grand drawing with a weekend for two or a $250 gift certificate as top award. Nine other prizes also will be offered. Ticket holders need not be present to win. Working with the Rev. Butler as co-chairman of the bazaar are Rev. James Laughlin, assistant pastor; Mrs. Chester K. Morin, 2653 Fillmore Fill-more St., president of the St. Ann's School Mothers Club; Mrs. Ben M. Gabrys, 358 E. 24th South St., president of the St. Ann's Church Altar Society, and Les H. Bolte, 1850 E. 39th South St., president of the St. Ann's Parish Men's Club. There will be no charge of admission ad-mission to the bazaar. But tickets for tlie drawing are available on a donation basis from parishioners. |
