Show Thomas Drage Dead The funerl of Thomas Dnrgc who died Sunday from internal cancer was held in the Fourth ward meeting house nt 2 oclock Tuesday afternoon Bishop VJHnnson had charge of the services T ho invocation was said by C R Lar en and tho speakers were Rev Theo L ec of the Presbyterian church R J Merrill and Joseph Brimhall of Payson lijsic was furnished by Mrs Mary Nave anti Mrs Lizzie Evans as a duct Edward Willams and the ward choir The benediction was offered by Albert Swenson Mr Dingo was 10 years old a native England where he had n sister and three brothers and a stepmother from whom he has not heard for IB years his father died about 20 years ago he did not remember of Over seeing see-ing i his mother as she died while he was a baby he ran away from home at the age of 17 and was a sailor 2 years during which time he visited China and other parts of the World finally landing in the United States where he followed the show business for a number of years He and a friend walked from Denver to Salt Lake about 16 years ago and being about Utah for a time met Miss Thomsen whom he finally married He leaves a widow mill six children Mrs Drage wish to thank all who so kindly aided and sympathized with her in her sad bereavement |
