Some of the officers of this organization do not seem to understand that the meetings should be attended at least annually. Mrs. Pinkerton. and Mrs. Egan will attend to the altars this week. The quarter's pew-ront is now due. On last Sunday the prayers of the congregation were requested for the repose of the soul of "Mrs. Cox, who died recently. A delegation of the Ancient Order of Hibernians for the State of Utah will meet in this city on April 17. Mrs. Charles Morrison returned last week from Copper Gulch, where she was visiting. Mrs, W. Fire partly destroyed - the Herald building last Surday afternoon, but it did not chock the energy of the paper, which came out on time Monday morning, morn-ing, with The Intermountain a good second later in the week. Each promoter of the Sacred Heart 1 has to spend one hour with the members mem-bers of her band at the Church on Holy Thursday. Every member of the band should be notified directly by his or her promoter which hour is appointed. Should the appointed hour be inconvenient, incon-venient, any other hour may be used.
