Show Wedding Bells. The ranks of the Catholic young women wo-men have been so depleted recently by matrimony that the holy season of advent ad-vent brings a feeling of relief with its enforced cessation of marriage. However, How-ever, some interesting ones will be' announced an-nounced immediately after New Year's. Her many friends regret that the recent re-cent marriage of Miss Carlotta Bixler will rob Denver of one of her fairest and most accomplished daughters. Rev. Father Phillips last week per- ' formed the ceremony that made Miss Bixler the bried of Dr. Edward C. Nast. son of Charles' Nast. the pioneer photographer. pho-tographer. Dr. and Mrs. Nast will reside re-side at Clayton, N. M. Mrs. Nast is well known as a violinist and played for five seasons with Joe Newman's concert company. She also played first violin with the Denver Symphony orchestra or-chestra for two years. In addition she possesses a rich contralto voice which was cultivated under the greaetst masters mas-ters of Berlin. |
