I haven't heard any rumors of what he intends to do after hanging up his stars. I am sure that there are many of you who will join me wishing him the best of health, and a long and happy retirement. My first lady and I were the guests of the Junior Class of Dugway High School at their. Junior Prom the other night. What a nice event that was! My congratulations to those who were responsible for the decorations. I couldnt believe that gym could be transformed into such a pretty room. I . felt sorry about the problem with the. band, but the outfit that came after such short notice did very well. I never cease to be amazed by the imagination and ingenuity of the young ' folks in pur schools.-- should leave the rest to my wife, but the yoirng ladie? gowns were exquisite. I especially liked the ones that looked, as if the wearer stepped from the era crumby assignment in all those awful mountains. For those of you who enjoy curling up in the easy chair with a baseball game on the phone calls all day, organizing soccer teams and coaches, planning shopping tours, discussing Girl Scout programs. We saw women in their kit-- , chens, small children playing in the Tupperware drawer, while a delicious meal is being prepared for a family with Braves, New York Mets and Chicago Cubs games that are going to be televised this year. If you can keep it hid from the wife, it makes a handy reference. Speaking of sports, I hope that all of you are planning to attend the Interfaith Luncheon on the 25th of this month at the Community Club. The guest speaker is the sports editor of the Salt Lake Tribune, John Mooney. Should make a good program. It was getting late, but a . quick scurry through the halls of learning showed lots of helpers not on the faculty. We had to go home to nibble illness, or a new baby. We saw a Dusy man taking time from his family to help a young man make wise decisions on how to purchase a car. We visited meetings where planning took place for. parties to break up winter's tedium for lonely people. In one which they had temporary need, commenting "Sure was a lifesaver." There is someone who keeps trade of, sorts, cleans, and issues these conveniences. As we peeped out of a coat penings. But since the breadwinner has no access to gold mines, we decided to take a tour of some of the goings-o- n in English Village. We rode in a couple of briefcases, a purse or two, and even found a warm tour that area several years ago, and I know that it is a 1 . . some fresh cheese, so we missed a lot.
