Show DAVIS REFLEX JOURNAL, MAY 23, 1984 Dorothy Wall Mrs. Dorothy Clista Young Wall, 73, of 2313 E. Oakridge Drive, Layton, died Thursday, May 17, 1984 in the St. Benedicts Wendell Schofield Hospital in Ogden. SHE WAS born Nov. 6, 1910 in Archer, Ida., a daughter of William Flint Scoffield. He graduated from Davis High School and had worked at Hill Air Force Base for 25 years. He was self employed doing small contract jobs around Kaysville, Layton and Farmington. J. and Mary Sharp Young. On June 23, 1928 she married Thomas V. Wall in East Layton. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. SHE WAS reared in Archer, Ida. and graduated from high school in Ida. She attended two years at Henager Business School. She had worked at the First National Bank in Layton for several years. She had worked at several other Layton businesses. She was a retired employee of the Clearfield Naval Supply Depot. HE WAS a member of the Davis County Sheriffs Possee. He was an Elder in the Bountiful 43rd LDS Ward. He had resided for the past several years in a Bountiful Convalescent Home. SURVIVING are one sister, Mrs. Ila Sedgwick of San Juan Capistrano, Calif.; and one aunt, Mrs. Cril-l- a Scoffield, Kaysville, one niece and one nephew. He was preceded in death by three brothers. Funeral services were held Friday, May 18 at 12:30 p.m. at the Wendell Flint Scoffield, 71, formerly of Kaysville, died Sunday, May 13. 1984 at the University of Utah Medieal Center following a long illness. 54 Chapel. Burial was City Cemetery. in an active temple worker. Flint, West Point; Allen John Flint, Clearfield; Paul W. Flint, Calvin W. Flint, both of Buhl, Ida.; Mrs. Josie Juanita Webster Flint, of 2458 W. Gentile, Layton, died Sunday, May 13, 1984 in the Humana Hospital Davis North in on of cancer. SHE WAS born Dec. 6, 1895 in Kaysville, a daughter of John A. and Fannie Barnes Webster. On March she married 18, 1915 Leonard S. Flint in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Oct. 26, 35 grandchildren; randchildren 81 greatg- and 27 1979. In addition to the medal awarded him, he also received a certificate signed by the Major General of the Utah National Guard and the Secretary of the United States Army.
