Show JAPANESE DISPATCH NOTE TO RUSSIANS HONOLULU, T. H., April 6 (By the Associated Press) Cable advices received here today from Tokio by the Nippu Jiji, a Japanese language newspaper, news-paper, state that Minister of War Tan-aka Tan-aka has dispatched a note to the revolutionary rev-olutionary government at Vladivostok, saying that Japan will immediately withdraw her troops from Siberia if the Russian revolutionists will settle tho unrest in Vladivostok. General Oi, commanding the Japanese Japan-ese troops, has informed the social revolutionists, the cable stated, that the troops would be withdrawn if the Russians would restrict the movement of Koreans to Siberia and guard the' railroads. No time for the withdrawal of the Japanese was nnnounced. |
