Show MISSION IS ATTENDED BY MANY The services of the mission of St Joseph's church, conducted by the Re-demptorlst Re-demptorlst Fathers Cantwell and Ma-honey Ma-honey are attended by large crowds I morning and evening. The morning I services axe at C and S:30 o'clock, i consisting of holy mass and sermon, In the evening at 7:30 the beads arc recited, followed by a short, practical Instruction; then the Important sermon ser-mon on one of the eternal truths is preached, and the services conclude with benedict ion of the most blessed sacrament. Special services for tho children are conducted in the afternoon nt 4 o'clock, iu which the truths of religion re-ligion are presented to the little ones In a simple, practical manner, adapted adapt-ed to their understanding. Last night Father Mahoney preached on "Mortal Sin." Tonight Father Cantwell will take as his subject, sub-ject, "Death and Its Consequences to the Just and Sinners " The object of a mission Is to revive the practical faith of negligent Catbo-' Catbo-' lies and encourage the faithful to ' greater fervor.
