Show EXIT THE GRAND JURY. The grand jury has at last adjourned and with the ignominious confession that they were unable un-able to establish a single case against a violator of the anti-polygamy laws. This is certainly a humiliating acknowledgment for the jury and District Dis-trict Attorney Eichnor, since the jury was called purely for the purpose of securing the conviction convic-tion of Mormons alleged to be living in polygamous polyga-mous relations. If Mr. Eichnor and the county attorney had spent more time looking up evidence against polygamous lawbreakers and less time in hounding hound-ing down the friendless Luke, the outcome of the calling of the jury would have had a better look and would have been vastly more satisfactory lo the public. Mr. Eichnor throughout acted with the great circumspection and fear of antagonizing his constituents con-stituents for which that official is far famed. An illustration of this was shown in the county infirmary in-firmary investigation. The jury spent sbveral days in this absurd investigation and the nooks and accounts of the institution survived a thorough thor-ough inspection at considerable expense. The net result of this arduous investigation and expense was the jury's finding that there was something unsanitary about the cow house or the home dedicated dedi-cated to the infirmary chickens. .
