or bylaws by laws lawe beg to report as follows br by LAWS FOR FOIL MINING DISTRICT DISTRI Cr SEC 1 it shall be the duty of the recorder to leep in a suitable and legal set of books a full and truthfully truth full record of the proceedings of all public meetings tings relative to mines minco mining elections for recorder A etc eta in this district and to pla place on record all claims brought to him for that purpose it shall also be his duty to keep open all booke books of record at all I 1 times for public inspection it L shall also be ins his duty to deliver to his in office when
