Show PALOMA'S FIRST SHIPMENT The initial shipment of ore from the property of the Paloma Gold & Silver Mining Company, out from Milford, netted the company $1,375 after all charges and expenses had been paid. It was for a forty-ton lot which was settled for early this month. A second carload was sent out a few days later and President M. P. Braffet of the company states that shipments will be maintained regularly from now on. The ore comes from the body recently opened on tho 600 level. The Paloma is another property which has been made into a mine by the assessment method. It has been under development for several years and the stockholders who have stayed with it are well deserving of the good fortune which now seems to be in store for them. Mr. Braffet says that, judging from the present showing show-ing at the property, there is no question ques-tion in his mind that the Paloma has passed from the assessment to the profit-producing stage. |
