(Pronounce C as in Certo Sera!) 2. A genuine cooperative organized for charitable and benevolent purposes; members to help themselves and others who cannot help themselves. (See Article II of Incorporation.) it 3. It is not a religious organizaion, although it is fostered by church people. 4. Any one of good moral character over the age of SIX years, regardless of church membership, .can become a member, either active or associate. (See By-Law- 5. Only members, and, under certain conditions, their guests, can participate in its programs and activities. 6. Its activities, programs and charities are financed by dues and assessments of its members and donations from its friends. 7. It publishes THE VOICE OF SHARON and distributes it to its members. 8.- ' SCERA provides good, wholesome, supervised educational and recreational programs for its members and for a large number of families, who, by reason of adverse circumstances cannot provide these necessities for themselves: 9. Membership dues and assessments will do a lot of wonderful things. (Read the budjpt on this page for details.) 14. .'Members of the association are not individually liable'for its debts. Their private property cannot be taken to pay its obligations. 15. Members, only pay assessments according to the degree of their participation in the program. No participation no assessments. 16. Yearly assessments can be paid in installments . (Solici tors will give details.) 17. The budget for 1933-3- 4 provides for sound pictures, dances, plays, road shows, basketball, volley ball, baseball, music festival .M.L A. contests and assistance to be given to Boy Scouts, Seminary-prograand stake boards, etc. , 18.
