Seveial officials of the sugar companv met with Springville citizens hist week and visited a reservoir site below the Springville pumoing plant. The sugar company owns a stream of water running past this plant from Sept, 1 to April 1 each year. They have agreed to let the I people of Springville have it after It I passes through the factory and when J they are not using it. The people I wili build a large reservoir below the j factory and store this water which i will lie ued to irrigate 400 acres of , land.
