A native of Shadyside, Ohio, Sergeant Lappert has 13 years of military service. He reported to Hill AFB in January, 19G1. The sergeant is married and resides in Clearfield with his wife and four children. Airman Lasley, assigned to the 2849th Air Base Wing, is a senior air police patrolman.
