Y e have been storing our minds with useful use-ful knowledge, which is the corner stone of the foundation of our future education. What we study and master mas-ter here will support the knowledge' which oniy the future will reveal. The ( a,-acit y of our minds is broarder and they are occupied with thought ol the importance of education; of the heights we may attain to by diligent, perusal of our books. The advancement advance-ment of our school is due fo the effort of the pupils and not the teachers. During the short interval of our association here we have learned to appreciate the good qualities of each other; we have cultivated a feeling of friendship which we trust will not cease with the end of the school year. As pupils we desire to obey the rules of the school, and elevate ourselves to the level where successful students belong. We, the class of '!)3,' have the aim of graduation in view at the end of the year. The aim of all pupils, from the smallest up to the laigest, is promotion from year to year, until they reach the eighth grade, when graduation is their immediate im-mediate ambition. By no means do our ambitions end at the graduation from the public schools. This is only the beginning for some of the studious stud-ious and successful college courses. It will be the means of lilting some foractive business careers, Many of the student will not have the opportunity oppor-tunity of obtaining a complete college col-lege education; some may not even have any chance at all of entering college, but we trust that the good desires which have been implanted in tlu-ir hearts by their association here will not die with their hope of future eminence, and that they will continue to prow in knowledge and Improve their minds. st job of lilaeksmitji-;lit lilaeksmitji-;lit work go to Kindred If you want a shave in the latest style go to Wood & Packard and give them a trial.
