Show Long Illness Proves Fatal to Henry J. Hauser TRENTON Henry Joseph Hauser, Hau-ser, 75, aresident of Trenton for the past 31 years, died Monday at 8:15 p. m. at his home in Trenton following a lingering illness. ill-ness. He was born in Germay and came to Utah as a convert to the L D S church. He married Mary Elizabeth Norris in 1893 at Kays-ville. Kays-ville. First settling in Randolph, Utah, he operated a store there, was cler kof Rich county for six years, a school trustee, and served for one term as deputy sheriff. He operated a dry farm in Big Horn, Wyoming, for several years after leaving Randolph, .moving to Trenton 31 years ago. He had operated a furniture store in Trenton since that time. He had also served as assesor to Trenton Tren-ton town board. He was active in church work having served for about 10 years as clerk of the Trenton ward. Surviving are his wife of Trenton Tren-ton and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Gilbert Bingham of Cornish, Mrs. Clifford Roulsen of Lewiston. Mrs. Wallace M. Funk of Trenton, Mrs. Evan Jones of Logan, Mrs. Glen Fiife of Filer, Fi-ler, Idaho; Mrs. Faridon Anderson Ander-son of Cambridge, Idaho, Mrs. Charles Jay and Mrs. Percy Wright of Ogden, Alvin Hauser of Filer, Idaho; Herman Hauser of Logan and Verla Hauser of Trenton; 29 grandhcildren and a brother, Wilhelm Hauser, who is in Germany. Funeral services will be held today at 1 p. m. in the Trenton ward chapel with Bishop J. Archi Cottle officiating. Friends may call at the family home in Trenton Tren-ton today prior to the services Burial will be at Trenton cemetery ceme-tery under the direction of W. Loyal Hall mortuary. |
