Section 7. That the Chairman and Clerk of the board are hereby dnected to have said bonds printed and executed as soon as may be after the adoption of this resolution, and thereupon to cause said bonds to be delivered to Edward L. Burton and Company, of Salt Lake City, Utah, and associates, upon receipt by the Treasurer of said district of the agreed purchase price. The sale of said bonds to said purchasers is hereby in all things ratified and confirmed. Section 8. That this resolution shall be published immediately after its adoption in the Layton Journal, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in the district. For a period of thirty days after the date of such publication, any person in interest shall have the right to contest the legality of said resolution and of the bonds authorized thereby and the provisions made for the security and payment of the bonds. After the expiration of said thirty days no one shall have any cause of action to contest the regularity, formality or legality thereof for any cause whatever. Section D. That the Clerk of the district is hereby authorized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County and to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of Davis County, with the that the Board of County Commissioners of each county levyrequest the taxes hereinabove provided in Section .
