Show Senior Citizen News I Center to be closed Thursday, Friday for holiday Holiday dinner the center, The monthly blood pressure clinic will also be held on Friday, Dec. 5 from 10 a.m. until noon. Cost for the special dinner, which will include prime rib for the main course and a sundae bar for dessert, will be $8 per person. Holiday closing The Senior Center will be closed for Thanksgiving, on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 27 and 28. Health clinics The monthly Wellness Clinic will be held on Friday, Dec. 5 from 8:30 to 11:30 by appointment only. The group will meet today from 2:30 to 4 p.m.in the Eldred Center.270 W.500 North. Room 6,Provo.The group meets the first Wednesday of each month. For information call The Lehi Senior Center is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and offers activities and programs for those 60 years of age and older. Cedar Fort residents are invited to participate in the programs and meals. A nutritious meal is provided by the Mountainland Association of Governments at a suggested donation of $1.75 per person and is served at noon. Reservations should be made by calling the center, one day prior to attending. Transportation is available to and from the center for 50 cents. To make arrangements to be picked up, call the center, 768-716or Mairyam, at least one day prior to needing a ride. The center has a treadmill and a stationary bicycle for exercise, a piano and an organ, and two pool tables. Seniors participate in cards, newspaper reading and socializing.
