H Dundas a steel contractor to recover alleged damages for fOI being severely burned b by a a. rivet which fell feIl from the eighth floor of the Eccles structure at tho the corner of Twenty fourth street and Washington avenue In the complaint Mr 11 states slates that he ho was walking in front of ot the Eccles building building- at about 2 o'clock p p. p m. m August 4 1913 when a rivet thrown from the eighth floor Joor struck him on tho back hack of ot the neck coursing down his sl spinal column burning the plaintiffs plaintiff's spine spino and clothing He Ho claims that the rivet so burned hint him that his brain heart henrt and nervous s system stem were hurt greatly Incapacitating incapacitating tating him as a n musician It is said the rivet was accidentally accidentally ac ac- ac- ac dropped b by one of ot the workmen on the building f |
