He was born July 7, 1895, in Clarkston, Utah, a son of George and Eliza Pack God80, frey. He was reared and educated in Clarkston and moved to Fielding in 1910. He has worked as a farmer and stockman and had also been Fieldin E,emeT ut0n sChool. He was a past director of the Ukon Water company. He was an elder in the Fielding LDS ward and had also served as a ward teacher. Surviving are five brothers and three sisters, Orson G. Godfrey, Lehi; William G. Godfrey, Preston, Idaho; Brigham W. Godfrey, Mrs. Ettie G. Thompson, both of Ciarkston; Cyril S. Godfrey,, Asael O. Godfrey, Mrs. Elmo (Flo) Munson, all of Fielding; Mrs. Nettie G. Lott, Bothwell. Funeral services were conducted Wednesday in the Field- ing Ward chapel.
